Kaelora Privacy Policy

Kaelora ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is dedicated to safeguarding your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, and share your information when you access or use our AI-based creative services, including Image Stylization, Solo Video, Dual Video, Scene Swap and Face Swap.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide
Registration Information: Name, email address, and account credentials if you register an account.
Media Content: Images and videos you upload for AI feature processing.
Preference Data: Selected art styles, template choices, generation history and saved creative works.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Technical Information: Hardware model, operating system, current app version installed on your device.
Usage Statistics: Triggered functions, usage duration, crash logs and in-app interactive behaviors.
Analytics Technologies: We do not embed any third-party analytics SDKs or tracking tools. All usage statistics are collected and analyzed internally on our own servers only.
2. Facial Data Handling
Kaelora allows users to upload photos and videos to use AI-driven features including Image Stylization, Solo Video, Dual Video, Scene Swap and Face Swap. Certain functions require temporary extraction and calculation of facial information to complete your customized creation.
2.1 What Facial Data We Collect
When you upload visual files and start facial-related AI tasks, below information will be temporarily extracted solely for real-time computation:
• Facial feature points: Coordinate landmarks mapping eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows, jawline and facial outline
• Facial pose & expression parameters: Numerical data of head angle, facial orientation and facial deformation
• Face region masks: Pixel ranges to separate facial area from original image background
• Face matching numerical data: Exclusive digital values used only for alignment during Face Swap effects
We do NOT collect, store or process the following:
• Biometric credentials used for real-name identity verification or login authentication
• Any data intended for user tracking, long-term profiling or surveillance
• Government identity documents, ID photos or sensitive personal certification files
• Fixed permanent biometric templates or facial recognition signatures
2.2 How We Use Facial Data
All facial-related data is limited to fulfill your voluntarily initiated creative requests only:
• Image Stylization: Apply artistic filters and style transformation while retaining natural facial features
• Solo & Dual Video: Calculate head posture to generate stable, natural dynamic facial movements for animated clips
• Scene Swap: Distinguish facial area from background to replace environment without destroying portrait details
• Face Swap: Complete seamless facial alignment and fusion to produce casual entertaining creative content
Facial data will never be applied for:
• Individual facial recognition or biometric identity checking
• Building any permanent facial feature database or biometric archive
• Cross-app user tracking or long-term user portrait establishment
• Any purposes unrelated to the specific AI creation you start actively
2.3 Facial Data Sharing
We never sell, rent, lease or forward your facial data to any external third parties. All facial information stays inside our independent internal processing system and will never be sent to outside AI vendors, data dealers, advertising platforms or irrelevant organizations.
Facial data is fully excluded from all possible third-party data sharing mentioned in Clause 4.
2.4 Facial Data Storage Location
Uploaded files and extracted facial data are transmitted via TLS/HTTPS encrypted links to our self-operated secure cloud servers. All computation is finished inside isolated access-restricted server environments, with no intermediate third-party storage involved.
2.5 Facial Data Retention
Facial data only exists during ongoing AI computing. Right after your required image or video is fully generated, all extracted facial landmarks, pose parameters, mask information and matching data get permanently deleted from server storage instantly. No leftover facial information is preserved after task completion.
You can manually delete your uploaded source pictures and finished generated works anytime within the App’s setting page.
2.6 Facial Data Security
Facial content runs in independent encrypted computing environments with strict staff access permission control. Facial data only exists in temporary running memory during calculation and gets thoroughly erased once creation finishes. We implement periodic security audits to maintain facial data protection standards.
3. How We Use Your Data
We utilize collected information for these legitimate purposes:
Run, maintain and continuously upgrade all Kaelora service modules
Generate customized styled images and dynamic videos following your selected parameters
Optimize style recommendation logic and overall user operating experience
Count application usage trends to improve running stability and performance
Block malicious abuse, fraudulent operations and platform security risks
Comply with applicable local legal regulations and statutory requirements
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal information. Under normal circumstances, Kaelora will not share, transmit or rent user personal data to any third party. Only two exceptional scenarios are allowed:
Legal Obligations: Disclosure required by valid local laws, formal court orders or official governmental requests.
Business Changes: In cases of company merger, acquisition or asset transfer, subsequent data management shall still follow original privacy protection rules.
IMPORTANT — No Third-Party Data Sharing: Kaelora does not connect with any third-party analytics SDK, advertising service or outsourced AI computation supplier. Every link of data processing and AI inference runs completely on our self-built infrastructure.
5. Data Protection
We adopt standard industry security specifications including end-to-end transmission encryption and static storage encryption, together with strict access permission management and regular security inspection.
All user uploaded materials are stored merely to finish your ongoing generation task and cleared once finished as required.
All facial information is processed in isolated spaces and never used for identity identification or facial matching outside your own creation tasks.
6. Data Retention
6.1 General Data Retention
Your original uploaded images and final generated works are kept temporarily for your in-app preview and download. You can remove all relevant content manually at any time inside Kaelora.
6.2 Facial Data Retention
All types of temporarily parsed facial data get completely wiped immediately after your AI generation is done, with no long-term server storage. Refer to Section 2.5 for detailed rules.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to the data protection laws in your resident region (GDPR, CCPA and other regional regulations included), you are entitled to below rights:
Access, revise or permanently erase your stored personal information
Revoke previously authorized data processing permission or limit processing scope
Request a copy of your personal data in portable usable format
Refuse personalized content recommendation and statistical data collection
8. Children's Privacy
Kaelora is not developed for users under 13 years old. Users are forbidden to upload minors’ portraits without verified legal guardian consent to use facial-related swap or stylization functions.
9. Third-Party Services
Kaelora does not integrate any third-party SDK, external API or outsourced online service. All core functions including AI calculation, data storage and internal statistics are independently developed and operated by our team.
10. AI Processing and Data Use
10.1 What Data Is Processed
When you launch any AI creation feature (Image Stylization, Solo Video, Dual Video, Scene Swap, Face Swap), below content will be sent from your mobile device to our proprietary servers:
• Your manually uploaded photos and short videos
• Temporary facial parameters extracted from your uploaded visual content
10.2 Who Processes the Data
All AI model calculation and content generation are completed on Kaelora’s exclusive secure servers. We never outsource computation to external AI service providers including cloud AI platforms and third-party model suppliers.
10.3 User Consent
The App will ask for your explicit consent before activating any AI function involving media and facial data processing. You can decline the authorization; under such condition AI creative functions will be locked while basic App browsing functions remain available normally.
10.4 Equal Protection
No user content or facial information will be forwarded to outside service providers. All your uploaded materials and derived data stay within our fully controlled private server environment.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve rights to revise this Privacy Policy irregularly. If core clauses get substantially modified, we will inform users via in-app notice or notification email. Your continued use of Kaelora after updates take effect counts as your acceptance of revised terms.
